Refund policy

Hot Bows are all handmade and each is tested for quality before it leaves for your destination. We do consider all sales final.  All products are made in the USA of imported pieces, unless noted otherwise.

We allow refunds, repairs or exchanges for any product that may experience a quality-control issue.  We use non-toxic adhesives, which are safe for your pets (and kids) and can experience issues when climates are different.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
